This site may contain affiliate or third-party links. Clicking them may generate commissions for us, but it does not affect your cost. We are not responsible for external websites, services, or their content.

4. Digital products

The Lanzo Trading Basics eBook and other digital goods are delivered as instant downloads after successful payment.

• Delivery: After checkout, you’ll be redirected to a download page. We also send a receipt to your email from our payment provider.
• License: Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license. Redistribution, resale, uploading to file-sharing sites or public sharing is prohibited.
• Access issues: If you have trouble accessing the file (expired link, wrong email, etc.), contact hello@lanzocrypto.com and we’ll help you restore access.
• Updates: Buyers may receive free updates for future versions. We’ll notify you via email if updates are available.

5. Refunds & Returns (Digital Goods)

Digital products are generally non-refundable due to their instant, irrevocable nature after delivery.

• EU digital content rule: By requesting or accessing the download immediately after purchase, you expressly agree that the service starts right away and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (as permitted under EU consumer law).
• Exceptional cases: If you were mistakenly charged twice (duplicate purchase) or received a defective/incorrect file, email hello@lanzocrypto.com within 14 days with your order ID and we’ll fix or refund the duplicate.
• Chargebacks: Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unfounded chargebacks for delivered digital goods may result in license revocation.

6. Limitation of liability

LanzoCrypto is not responsible for direct or indirect losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of our website, content, or products. Trading cryptocurrencies involves risk. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
